Warehouse Overview

  • Free storage height of 12.2 m
  • Column span of 23 m (optimised for both narrow and wide aisle racking configurations)
  • One loading dock per 850 m2 of warehouse space
  • Automated electric doors on ground floor level (4 m x 4.2 m)
  • Average floor load capacity of 5,000 kg/m2 with maximum point load of 80 kN
  • Flatness floor according to DIN 18202 Tabel 3, Zeile 4
  • Certified ESFR sprinkler installation according to NFPA
  • Fire hose reels, fire alarm and evacuation system
  • LED lights equipped with dynamic dim function, delivering 300 Lux at 1.5 m
  • Charging station for lift trucks – 1 station per 1,000 m2 of warehouse
